Bir ay\u0131n sonunda 93\u20ac olarak benden tahsil edilen kart bedelini tekrar iade ald\u0131m. Bu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc iade i\u015flemim ve her seferinde ayn\u0131 \u015feyi duyuyorum: ‘\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za bildirdik, tekrarlanmayacak.’ Ancak bu ayr\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 bilmeyen her T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 bu durumdan ma\u011fdur oluyor. Karlsruhe Ausl\u00e4nderbeh\u00f6rde, Aufenthaltserlaubnis (oturum kart\u0131) i\u00e7in ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 93\u20ac talep ediyor. Ancak Ankara Anla\u015fmas\u0131’na g\u00f6re bu miktar Alman vatanda\u015flar\u0131ndan daha fazla olamaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bizden 37\u20ac almalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Yani haks\u0131z yere fazladan tahsil ettikleri 56\u20ac’yu geri alabiliyoruz. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00f6rnek benim son yaz\u0131\u015fmama \u00e7ok benziyor. Ben oturum uzatma talebi ile s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u00e7in ifadeler vize uzatma ile ilgili ama, uzatma ya da yeni olmas\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n, fazla \u00fccret talep edilemez. Siz kendi durumunuza uygun olarak Almanca metni d\u00fczeltebilirsiniz. Ich bin t\u00fcrkische Staatsb\u00fcrger und kam ich 2020 per Ehegattennachzug aus der T\u00fcrkei. Am 16.9.23 haben wir seinen eAT verl\u00e4ngert und mussten 93 euro zahlen. Diese Geb\u00fchr ist h\u00f6her als die 37 Euro, die vom Bundesverfassungsgericht 2014 festgelegt wurde. Ich bitte um die R\u00fcckzahlung der Differenz.
